Strawberry Oatmeal Lactation Smoothie

Smoothies are usually my go to meal replacement when I don’t have time to sit down and eat. You can make them the night before or when you are ready to drink it. When I found a smoothie that can help increase my milk production, I was really excited to try it.

1 cup milk (I use 2% but they recommend skim)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp splenda or agave nectar

In a blender, pulse the oats for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. It’s ready to drink! strawberry oatmeal smoothie
