Apple Pie Muffins

This was a recipe I found online that was a little different.

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cups ground flax meal

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)

1 tsp vanilla

topping: chopped walnuts

Preheat 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.  In a seperate bowl mix all of the wet ingredients together. Slowly add the dry ingredients together with the wet ingredients. Add in the raisins. Pour into muffin pan using liners. Top with chopped walnuts. ApplePie-MuffinsBake for 15 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
